The project is envisioned as a collection of individual, non-gated villas that encourage a sense of community among like-minded residents. The architecture is defined by a harmonious mix of exposed brickwork, gabled roofs, and glass, creating a balanced interplay between tradition and modernity.

Thoughtful detailing across the elevation—such as oblong windows, textured brick surfaces, and carefully articulated roof forms—adds depth and a timeless character to the homes. The development comprises two distinct bungalow typologies, together forming a community of 41 residences. While the internal planning varies between the two types, a consistent façade language is maintained across the project.

Each 4BHK home is designed to enhance indoor-outdoor living, featuring private garden spaces, decks, semi-covered terrace areas on the upper level, and terraces connected to the master bedrooms.
