MEET UNEVEN
UNEVEN - the name truly describes what we are.
A 20-year-young firm, we run on the principles of Yin-Yang, headed by founders and principal architects, Shourya Patel and Dexter Fernandes.
We have worked on over 500 projects in our professional journey of 15 years. We have designed and executed projects across various types – residential, commercial, communities, mixed-use projects; for architecture, interior design, as well as landscape design. Our firm has also ventured into set-designing, event-designing, and exhibition spaces.
Our journey has been an achievement in itself. From growing from a team of four to twenty-five, we have learnt a lot during this process, and that’s what keeps going so strong! Today, there are about 25 young and enthusiastic architects and interior designers who strive to deliver the best to each of our clients.
A lot of our work has been featured in various leading magazines for architecture and interior design, like Inside Outside, Trends, Home Review, Better Interiors; Books like Contemporary Houses - I & II, 50 Beautiful Houses in India... and online features in Architectural Digest, Eller Décor, etc, to name a few.

The fundamentals of our practice have been to deliver a practical end-to-end design solution. We design, resolve technicalities, and hand over a complete project from conceptualisation to construction.

VISION
DEXTER FERNANDES
Poised and suave, Dexter represents the tranquil lateral of Uneven. An architect and interior designer by profession, he is also a true animal and nature lover, which is subtly translated in his ventures. Having been perfect and passionate about minute kits as a person, these qualities are seen starkly in his work. His love for exploring details through various materials, textures, and compositions in any kind of space has allowed him to master interior design projects, furniture details, and landscape design under the Uneven umbrella.
SHOURYA PATEL
Flamboyant, active, and playful, Shourya is the life of Uneven. His designs often develop from his love of the free-flowing doodles piled on his desk. Composing the masses is what he has mastered over these years, that have let him to construct stunning buildings within the Uneven shaft. The architectural pieces are well-dressed yet tactfully planned by him to serve all needs and provide all services.
