Set on an irregularly shaped site, the project embraces its constraints, resulting in varied plot sizes and unique spatial boundaries that define each home. The development introduces four distinct layout typologies within a compact community, giving homeowners the flexibility to choose a configuration that suits their lifestyle. Despite this variation, a consistent architectural language has been maintained across all units, ensuring visual harmony throughout the development.

Each ground-plus-two bungalow is thoughtfully planned. The ground floor accommodates a spacious living area, kitchen and dining, and a guest bedroom, complemented by private garden spaces of varying sizes and dedicated car parking. The first floor includes two bedrooms and a front terrace, while the second floor features the master bedroom with a private terrace.

Larger plots further enhance the living experience with integrated landscape features such as private pools. The architecture is minimal yet bold, defined by a distinctive sloping roof and a striking front elevation inspired by the jaali concept. A first-floor garden extends the built form outward, doubling as a roof for the parking area while enriching the overall design language.
