STATUS

The core intent was to achieve a seamless integration of architecture and interiors, where structural elements form the foundation for a contemporary interior language. Rooted in minimal design principles, the house is carefully planned to balance aesthetics with functionality, offering all the features of a modern lifestyle. The layout follows vastu principles, optimising every corner of the home to enhance usability and spatial efficiency.

The first floor is organised around a double-height puja space that acts as the central volume, with the master bedroom on one side and the children’s bedroom on the other. This arrangement follows a grid-based planning approach, allowing flexibility for future modifications or expansions.

The second floor accommodates an additional bedroom positioned above the children’s room, which can also be adapted into a multi-purpose or entertainment space. Towards the front, a terrace garden with an adjoining splash pool creates a relaxing outdoor environment, complete with cosy seating, a swing, and landscaped lawn areas—offering a serene and enjoyable space for all.
