Defined by exposed brickwork and clean geometry, the building establishes a strong architectural identity. Planned within a developing urban context, the project is conceived as a singular tower that stands out as a visual landmark. The architecture is a refined blend of contemporary and modern elements, with exposed brickwork forming the primary material expression and lending a strong, timeless character to the building.

The façade is further articulated through detailed brickwork on exposed columns, angled at 45 degrees along the balconies. This distinctive feature adds depth and rhythm to the elevation, becoming a defining element of the design.

The planning prioritises functionality and comfort, with each apartment designed to have at least two open sides, ensuring ample natural light and effective cross-ventilation. The overall design approach balances aesthetic strength with practical living requirements, creating a well-rounded residential environment.
