STATUS
The project combines functional planning with a distinctive façade that introduces movement and character to the streetscape. The linear layout allows the development to extend along both road edges, ensuring that commercial and corporate units receive generous frontage and exposure. Architecturally, the façade draws inspiration from the layered pattern of fish scales, creating a sense of rhythm, fluidity, and motion across the building surface. Sun-breaker elements are integrated into the design to regulate sunlight, improve ventilation, and discreetly screen building services. A defining feature of the structure is the series of 35-foot-tall fins that are carefully designed and positioned to create the visual impression of a wave flowing seamlessly along the two road-facing elevations. The façade system is also developed with ease of maintenance in mind and performs effectively in hot and dry climates. Together, these elements form a commercial structure that balances practical performance with a calm and visually engaging architectural expression.
