The project combines modern planning with a refined architectural expression, creating a professional commercial setting that responds to the evolving needs of retail and office spaces. The building façade is articulated through a distinctive composition of straight lines and gentle curves, giving the structure a balanced yet dynamic visual character. The lower levels, from the ground to the third floor, are wrapped in expansive glass façades that provide maximum visibility for showroom spaces while allowing natural light to enter the interiors. Above this transparent base, the building transitions into office floors where sculptural ACP-clad elements shape the terraces from the fourth to the sixth levels. These stepped and levelled terraces add depth and variation to the building mass, creating an engaging architectural profile while also offering outdoor breakout spaces for the office environments above.
