The design uses bold volumetric forms to create a building that stands out visually while maintaining functional commercial planning. At the heart of the development lies a central circulation space that allows smooth internal movement while also functioning as an active commercial zone. The building composition is defined by distinct cube-like volumes that house individual shops, appearing to project outward from the main structure and creating a dynamic three-dimensional façade. This arrangement gives each retail space its own identity while contributing to the overall architectural expression of the complex. A deliberate imbalance in the proportions on either side of the structure introduces a sense of visual intrigue, making the building composition more engaging. Finished with strong concrete horizontal and vertical frames combined with glass pockets, the façade creates a bold and contemporary architectural language that positions Prince Cube as a distinctive commercial landmark.
