The project is designed to accommodate a mix of showrooms and office spaces, creating a dynamic environment for business activity. The ground and first floors are dedicated to showroom spaces that engage directly with the street and benefit from high visibility, while the upper levels from the third floor onwards are planned as office spaces. The building façade combines glass and metal elements, allowing generous natural light to enter the interiors and enhancing the openness of the commercial spaces. A defining architectural feature of the project is the gradual tapering of the slabs, achieved through carefully calculated changes in the floor profile. This design strategy forms the striking circular geometry of the towers, giving the development its monumental presence and making Stanmore a visually compelling addition to the urban skyline.
