This residence is conceived as a bold composition of stacked volumes, resembling a sculptural interplay of interlocking boxes.

Defined by strong massing and a striking cantilevered form, the design creates a distinctive architectural identity. Spread across a 31,000 sq. ft. site with a built-up area of 26,000 sq. ft., the bungalow is designed as a contemporary mansion that balances scale with spatial clarity. The entry is elevated to the first floor, lifting the primary living level above the ground and allowing the lower level to function as a dedicated parking zone.

The architecture is characterised by a dynamic play of masses and volumes, with the highlight being a dramatic cantilevered box that houses the master bedroom. Rising to a height of 24 feet, this projecting element not only defines the external form but also creates a unique interior spatial experience. Structurally, the design is reinforced with counterbalancing beams proportioned to support the cantilever.

The first floor serves as the main living level, accommodating a foyer, a double-height formal living space, informal seating, and a multipurpose hall that opens onto a deck and pool. A spacious kitchen with an attached outdoor kitchen completes this level.

The second floor is planned as a semi-private zone, connected by a custom metal spiral staircase that acts as a sculptural focal point. This level includes a puja area, two guest bedrooms, and the parents’ bedroom arranged in a linear layout.

The third floor houses two children’s bedrooms, a lounge, and the master suite, defined by a bold projecting volume measuring 25’ × 18’. The overall design reflects a strong architectural narrative, combining structural expression with spatial richness to create a residence of distinct character.
