This residence is designed with a modern architectural approach, defined by bold compositions and a refined material palette.

The interplay of solid and void creates a light-filled, well-ventilated home with strong connections to the landscape. The architecture is articulated through a clear solid-void composition, with the façade crafted using teakwood stone, concrete, and glass. This combination creates a balanced expression of warmth and modernity, giving the home a distinctive yet understated character.
The design prioritises natural light and ventilation, achieved through double-height spaces and expansive openings that establish seamless visual connections with the surrounding landscape. The planning ensures a clutter-free environment, enhancing both spatial clarity and everyday functionality.
The interiors are thoughtfully designed to complement the architectural language, resulting in spaces that feel warm, comfortable, and cohesive. Transition areas are carefully articulated to add depth and character, while ensuring that every corner of the home is purposeful.
The first floor accommodates three bedrooms, each with its own identity, unified by large windows that allow abundant daylight. A natural colour palette—featuring white walls, wooden ceilings, and traditional-style furniture accents—creates a serene and balanced atmosphere.
Overall, the project reflects a sensitive and well-resolved approach to contemporary residential design, combining material richness, spatial openness, and a strong sense of comfort.
