The project focuses on creating comfortable homes that meet everyday living needs while maintaining a visually sophisticated and well-organized built environment. The ground level integrates commercial spaces for shops and offices along with dedicated parking areas, establishing an active base for the development. Above this level, the first floor acts as a transitional slab separating the commercial activities from the residential zone. This level also introduces private garden spaces for four residential units, creating a unique connection between indoor living and outdoor landscape before the typical residential floors begin above. The campus is composed of four towers that are interconnected through a central circulation space, allowing efficient movement while maintaining a cohesive layout. Each tower is carefully planned so that all apartments enjoy nearly four-side openness, enabling natural light to fill the interiors and ensuring effective cross ventilation throughout the homes. Recreational and community spaces are distributed across different levels of the project, with landscaped garden areas at the ground level and indoor amenities such as a home theatre, activity rooms, and games areas located on the upper levels, offering residents a balanced environment for relaxation and social engagement.
