The ground and first floors accommodate commercial spaces, allowing shops and businesses to benefit from strong visibility and accessibility. Above this active base, the residential segment begins from the third floor, where thoughtfully planned homes are designed with nearly four-side openings to enhance natural daylight and cross ventilation. Acting as a transition between the commercial and residential layers, the second floor serves as a dedicated breather level that houses shared rejuvenation and community spaces for residents. The corner site allows dual road frontage, maximizing exposure for the commercial areas while also improving light, air circulation, and openness for the residences above. Architecturally, the towers feature softened filleted edges that create a smooth and refined silhouette, complemented by a design approach that balances contemporary aesthetics with practical internal layouts guided by basic vastu principles.
